Shopboard

Shopboard is a shop floor display powered by a Raspberry Pi and an HDMI monitor. It shows high-contrast alerts, calendar events, and shop signals your team can read while moving. See the Shopboard overview for examples and pricing.

Post live alerts and messages from phones on the floor, keep pickups and deadlines visible from Google, Apple, or Outlook calendars, and show updates from Shopify or Home Assistant. If AirShop already runs your quotes and inquiries, a paid plan can also put that activity on the display.

What you need

  • Raspberry Pi 4 with power supply
  • microSD card (16 GB or larger)
  • HDMI monitor and cable
  • Wi‑Fi network
  • AirShop account for the Pi image, parts list, and full installation guide

You do not need to type commands on the Pi. The setup wizard runs in a browser on your shop Wi‑Fi.

Setup at a glance

  1. Sign in to AirShop and open Settings → Integrations → Shopboard.
  2. Download the Pi image and flash it to a microSD card with Raspberry Pi Imager.
  3. Put the card in the Pi, connect the monitor, and power it on.
  4. Open shopboard.local:3000 from a phone or computer on the same Wi‑Fi.
  5. Follow the wizard to set passwords, pair the display, and choose the tools you want connected.

Day-to-day admin and posting also use shopboard.local:3000 on your shop Wi‑Fi.
