This guide covers practical ways to deliver quotes to customers and what to check before sending.

Before You Send

  • Confirm the quote has the right customer and email address.
  • Review visibility options in the Quote Options Panel, especially pricing and company info toggles.
  • Verify reply behavior in Quote Settings.

Delivery Methods

Send by Email from AirShop

Use AirShop email delivery when you want built-in tracking and follow-up workflow support.

  • Customer receives a public quote link.
  • View tracking can start after the customer opens the link. See Quote View Tracking.
  • Follow-ups can become available based on your schedule. See Quote Follow-ups.

Use link sharing when you need to send the quote through another channel (for example, SMS or chat). The same public quote URL can still support customer viewing analytics.


Reply Behavior

Replies to quote emails go to the destination configured in Quote Email Reply-To Settings:

  • Organization email
  • Person sending quote
  • Assigned user

  • Send from one owner per quote to keep communication clear.
  • Re-check quote display toggles before each send for customer-facing accuracy.
  • Use follow-up templates for consistency, but edit before sending when context matters.
