What is AirShop?

AirShop is a platform for managing quotes, orders, and inventory for manufacturing and fabrication workflows.

How do I get support?

Contact support through the app or visit help.airshop.work for contact options.

Subscription

How do I subscribe or change my plan?

Go to Subscription to subscribe or change your plan. Choose monthly or annual billing, select a plan, and complete checkout. To change an existing subscription (upgrade, downgrade, or cancel), use Manage subscription on the Subscription page. See Subscription for details.

Who can manage subscription?

Only Organization Administrators can access the Subscription page and manage plans and payment. If you're not an admin, contact your organization admin.

What happens if my trial ends or payment fails?

When your trial ends, you must subscribe to continue using AirShop. Go to Subscription to choose a plan. If a payment fails, you have a grace period to update your payment method. If not updated, access may be blocked until you reactivate. See Subscription for details.
